I'm glad to be able to inform you that Brussels still is where it was. Our "Manneken Pis", however, has a few problems... It's freezing here and I assure you he don't like it. You don't know who or what "Manneken Pis" is? Well, via one of the links on the reunion pages you can find his history. He is told to be the first citizen of Brussels. You could compare him to stiff-CY who had too much to drink.....
